A Six-foot Assyrian Stone Slab Carved for a King Rose From the Ruins of Nineveh

Archaeologists have unearthed a large stone carving in the ancient city of Nineveh. The slab, which depicts an Assyrian king, was discovered during restoration work at the Mashki Gate.
